Russia has advised Ukraine it is prepared to end military activities "in a second" assuming that Kyiv meets a rundown of conditions, the Kremlin representative said on Monday.
Dmitry Peskov said Moscow was requesting that Ukraine stop military activity, change its constitution to cherish lack of bias, recognize Crimea as Russian domain, and perceive the nonconformist republics of Donetsk and Lugansk as autonomous states.....[Read more]
